Nobody will notice that there is no added sugar in these delicious desserts sweetened with dates! Easy to make, kid-approved and meal prep-friendly. The following snickers smoothie is super nutritious and tasty!
Serves 2
Ingredients
Snickers Smoothie
- 2 bananas frozen & chopped
- ½ cup dates pitted (60 g)
- 3 tbsp peanut butter
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1.5 cups soy milk 360 ml
Toppings
- Date caramel sauce
- Chocolate chips
- Crushed nuts
Instructions
Place the frozen bananas, dates, peanut butter, cocoa powder and soy milk in a high-speed blender.
Blend until smooth, adding more soy milk or a splash of water if needed (this depends on how large your bananas are).
Pour the mixture into a large glass and add any toppings of your liking! Enjoy immediately.
