My personal breakfast favourite is their Crepe Divine, which comes with fresh strawberries and bananas, and topped with a generous drizzle of chocolate sauce. This is one of my favourite spots to eat in Quebec City.

Their dishes use seasonally ingredients from their organic and sustainable garden on Ile d’Orléans. I recommend returning to Panache for dinner, if you have time, to enjoy some wine from their 12,000-bottle cellar.
